Kaster allows paid subscribers to send Bulletins. These are one way announcements that can be sent to any one or group of contacts in your Global Directory. Bulletins are sent via SMS text message for contacts with mobile phone numbers, and via email for contacts with email addresses on file. Contacts with both will receive both. Recipients cannot reply.
To view a Bulletin, please follow one of the below steps depending on how you received the message:
- SMS Text Message
- The SMS text message will contain the name of the user that sent the Bulletin, their company name and the Bulletin content
- You cannot reply to this Bulletin message
- See the screenshot below
- Email
- The email subject will contain the name and company name of the user that sent the Bulletin
- The email body will contain the Bulletin message
- You cannot reply to the Bulletin email
