Follow the below steps to add your organization's contacts to a project directory:
- From the project list, Click on the Project to which you wish to add contacts.
- Click on 'Project Directory' beneath the project name.
- From the Project Directory page, Click on the blue
button at the top.
- If the contact(s) you wish to add are existing Kaster users, and are already in the Global Directory, you can select them by clicking the checkboxes next to their names and click the blue 'Add' button (they will then be added to this Project's directory).
- If the contact(s) you wish to add are not yet Kaster users, click the green
button and enter the user's information, permission level, whether you want to activate their Kaster account or not, and then click the blue 'Add' button.
- The user will be added to both the Global and Project Directories, and will receive an invitation to log in and create their account.

NOTE: You may also add a contact in your organization from the Global Directory on the bottom left corner of the page and follow the same steps as above.
