To add a message to an item, follow the steps below:
- First, open the item by clicking it.
- On the bottom right side of the item's activity window is the messages area. Simply add a message where it says 'Comment' and click the blue send icon to send the message.
- NOTE: Recipients of your message will receive both an app and an email notification of your message.
