There are three types of email notifications you can turn on or off based upon your preferences. Please note, all three are turned on by default. Please follow the below steps to toggle each on or off as needed. Descriptions of each are below as well.
- Open the Menu by clicking the Kaster logo button, then click 'Settings'
- Click on 'Notifications'
- Click the 'Edit' button
- Toggle the notifications on or off as desired by clicking the button to the left of the notification type (blue button to the right is on, while gray button to the left is off)
- Click the blue 'Update' button
Notification Types:
- Copies of all new requests I send
- This notification will email you a copy of all requests you send to other contacts (for audit trail purposes, etc)
- New request sent to me
- This notification will email you when another user sends you a new request in Kaster
- New activity on request
- This notification will email you each time there is new activity performed on a request you have sent or are copied on
