Manually adding contacts to a Project Directory

Follow the steps below to manually add contacts to the project directory:

• From the project list, Click on the Project to which you wish to add contacts.
• Click on the 'Directory' tab at the top of the project's page.
• From the project's Directory page, Click on the blue button at the top of the Project Directory list.
  • If the contact(s) belongs to your organization, Click your company.
    • If the contact(s) you wish to add are Kaster users, and already in the Global Directory, you can select them by clicking the checkboxes next to their names and click the blue 'Add' button (they will then be added to this Project's directory).
    • If the contact(s) you wish to add are not yet Kaster users, click the green button and enter the user's information, permission level, whether you want to activate their Kaster account or not, and then click the blue 'Add' button.
      • The user will be added to both the Global and Project Directories, and will receive an invitation to login and create their account.
  • If the contact(s) does not belongs to your organization, Click 'Other Company'.
    • Select the company that the contact(s) belongs to and Click 'Next'. Then select the contacts from the list by clicking the checkboxes next to their names and click the blue 'Add' button. If they do not appear on the list, click the green  button and enter the user's information, permission level, whether you want to activate their Kaster account or not, and then click the blue 'Add' button.
    • If the company does not appear on the list, click the green button at the bottom and enter the company name followed by the user's information, permission level, whether you want to activate their Kaster account or not, and then click the blue 'Add' button.
