Note: To import your Procore project directory into Kaster you must complete all of the steps in the Integrations - Procore section and you must first sync your project as covered in the Import Procore project into Kaster article.
To import your Procore project directory into a Kaster project directory, please follow the steps below:
- In Kaster, Select the project you wish to import contact into.
- Click 'Project Directory' under the project.
- Click the blue
button to the right of 'Project Directory'.
- Click 'Other Company'.
- Click 'Import Contact from Procore'.
- The window will sync and load the project's directory from Procore. (Note: This may take a few moments to load.)
- Add the external companies & contacts you would like to import from the list by selecting the point of contact(s) you wish to import using the checkmark next to each contact and clicking the green 'ADD' button.
- NOTE: Only import external companies and contacts. Internal contacts and users must be created and added manually.
- NOTE: Contacts that are imported from the Procore directory will not be notified that they have been added to the project. To add them you will need to activate their Kaster account following the Activating a contact's Kaster account article.
