Global Admin Docs are used to track items that are managed globally and not at the project level. For example, this can include W-9s, COIs, Master Service Agreements, and more.
Follow the steps below to set and manage up your organization's Global Admin Docs:
- Select Global Admin Docs from the bottom left corner of the page.
- From the Global Admin Docs page, Click on the blue
button to bring up the Global Admin Docs settings page.
- From the settings page you can create new global admin docs items and modify existing ones. See steps below for creating and editing these items:
- To create a Global Admin Docs item, simply click the 'ADD NEW' button and either select one of the standard options or select 'Add custom' to add your organization's own custom item. Select the internal collaborators will be managing the item and assign the external companies that will be expected to turn these items in.
- NOTE: Standard items have expiration dates associated with them. When creating a new custom item you will have to select the expiration date checkbox to assign date tracking for the item.
- NOTE: When assigning companies, use the 'SELECT ALL' selection if this item will be applied to all present and future companies; otherwise manually select any company associated with the item going forward from the edit screen.
- To edit a Global Admin Docs item, simply click the blue 'EDIT' button to open the edit screen. From here you may modify the collaborators and assign new companies (if the 'SELECT ALL' option wasn't applied to the item upon creation). Make sure to save your edits by clicking the 'UPDATE' buttons to apply the changes.
- To create a Global Admin Docs item, simply click the 'ADD NEW' button and either select one of the standard options or select 'Add custom' to add your organization's own custom item. Select the internal collaborators will be managing the item and assign the external companies that will be expected to turn these items in.
