Follow the steps below to manage external collaborators by company and to send a manual email notification.
- To manage a company's collaborators, simply click on the company from the company list on the Global Admin Docs page.
- Next, click on the
button to bring up the user management screen.
- Assign that organization's users to each item by selecting them from the dropdown to the right of each item.
- Click the update button to save.
- External collaborators will receive both app and email notifications for any activity on any item assigned to them.
NOTE: To send a manual email notification to a company simply click the and select the company's recipients of the notification and click 'SEND REMINDER'.
