🚨 Use this guide only if you received a Kaster invitation email addressed to you personally. Forwarded emails from other users will not verify your account.
👉 Important: To register and log in to Kaster, you must first be invited by someone from your project. The most common reason people run into issues is that they were never sent an invitation email or were not added to a project directory. If that may be the case, please see this article instead: Not Receiving Your Kaster Invitation, Verification, or Password Reset Email.
If you have been invited and see the Kaster invitation email in your inbox, follow these steps:
- Check your inbox ✉️ for the invitation email from Kaster.
- Note: If you can't find the invitation email please check in your Junk or Spam folders.
- Open the invitation email from Kaster.
- Click on the green LOGIN button.
- Set up your password.
- Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
- Click the blue 'Create' button.
- Fill in your contact details.
- Click the GET STARTED button to log in.
- Note: Mobile phone numbers 📱 are optional and allow you to receive and send important and urgent messages to your project contacts with our other features (Messages & Bulletins).
- You will be taken to the project you were invited to so you can upload your administrative and compliance items.
