If you can’t log in, can't access your account, or haven’t received your personal Kaster invitation email, it’s usually due to one of the following issues:

You haven't been invited yet
- ⚠️ This is the most common reason. To access Kaster, you must first be invited and added to a project directory.
- Contact the person responsible for giving you access (for example, your project manager or the prime contractor).
- If someone else in your organization already has access, they can add you to the project directory by following this guide: Adding Your Organization's Contacts to the Project Directory

It may be in your Spam orJunk folder
- Check your Spam or Junk folder for the invitation email.
- If you find it, move it to your Inbox and mark it as “Safe” or “Not Spam” so future emails come through correctly.
- The invitation email comes from no-reply@verificationemail.com. Add this address to your safe senders list.

Your IT email filters are blocking it
- If the email is not in your Spam folder, your company’s IT system may be blocking it.
- Ask your IT department to allow emails from @kaster.app.

Invitation sent to the wrong email address
- Confirm with the person who invited you that they used the correct email address.
- If not, ask them to resend the invitation to the correct one.
