To meet certified payroll requirements, you must report how fringe benefit obligations are fulfilled—either through hourly fringe benefit credits, cash in lieu, or a combination of both. Kaster allows you to manage fringe benefit credits for each worker directly from their profile, ensuring your submissions remain compliant and streamlined.
📊 To Manage Worker Fringe Benefits Credits:
- Navigate to your project's Directory, select your company, and click on the Workforce tab.
- Select a worker from your Workforce list.
- Go to the Benefits tab.
- Use the checkboxes to select which benefits to apply to the on the project and indicate the Hourly Benefit Credit Rate ($).
- Click the Save Benefits button to update.
